    At final account and handover we agree the true cost of the works with the contractor, settling variations, claims and retention so the account is closed fairly and without loose ends. We also support practical completion, snagging and the defects period so you take possession with a clear financial position and a building that is ready to occupy.

Insurance Rebuild Cost Assessments

Helping to access the cost of rebuilding

Scope of Service
    We asses the potential rebuild estimates, what it would cost to rebuild a property from scratch after a total loss, so the sum insured is accurate and correct. We inspect the building, measure and price the works to current rates, and provide a clear reinstatement figure you can use for insurance cover and periodic review.
